My sister did her LASIK here in January. I booked and got mine yesterday. I cannot say how satisfied I am with the whole process. Very quick and smooth scheduling. Jason helped me book and broke down the financial aspect of the procedure. He gave me so many snacks and was super kind. Kelly and Kami were inside the treatment helping the doctor. They are such sweethearts and helped relieve the anxiety I had about the procedure. Dr. Silk himself is highly professional and has amazing bedside manner. On my first visit he did extensive proper testing to ensure I’m a good candidate, it put me at ease knowing I wasn’t rushed and that he ease taking the proper steps to make sure I’m a good candidate while answering all questions. The treatment itself was no longer than 20 mins. My favourite part was that Dr. Silk was speaking to me throughout the procedure. He was repeating the words “you’re doing good” “all looks good” “we’re almost done” and I really appreciate that because I’m the type of person who needs verbal reassurance and it helped me tremendously. Aftercare was so smooth. No pain or issues at all. I’m following proper care and couldn’t be happier with my whole experience with Dr. Silk and his amazing staff! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Silks clinic for lasik!
